Ripklawe
Hi all, I know this is a Launchbox forums but I have checked Retroarch based forums and come up empty. Tbh, I bet I am wodring my problem wrong and that is why I am not finding a solution. Anywhere, here it is: I want to use Retroarch for a majority of my older consoles (NES, SNES, Gensis, etc etc) but everytime I start a game and save a configuration, that configuration is loaded up for each different emulator. I KNOW there was a way to save config settings on a per emulator basis, I have done it before.......I just can't remember, for the life of me, how I did it before. I think it had something to do with saving a config file that is the same name ofd the core I want to use for the emulator but that does not seem to be working or I am doing it wrong. Any and all help would be appreciated, even if it is just pointing me in the right direction to a Retroarch based community. Thanks in advance! Lordmonkus
It depends on which version of Retroarch you are using on how this is achieved. 1.3.6 has a per core configuration in the Settings > Configuration menu. Newer versions now have it in the Quick menu for each core. Load a core and then bring up the quick menu (F1) and at the bottom of there you should see Save Core and Save Game Overrides.
