Nastyboob
I've got an Arcade cabinet with LaunchBox as my front end. I´ve got almost everything up and running as it should, Emu´s, roms, controlls... BUT there is a major issue that I cant seem to fix. I mapped all my buttons for the arcade, so when I launch Big box I am able to access everthing i want without using the keyboard. except when I want to exit an emulator. The default key to exit an Emulator is the ESC button on the keyboard, But I am not able to change the mapping to an arcade button since the option is under "Keyboard". And when I enter the mapping for my arcade buttons I am able to change everything but the "Exit" button. There is a "exit" button option, but when I use that it exits the whole Launchbox program instead of the emulator. SentaiBrad
Have you checked out the Controller Automation menu? Some emulators will still have some odd issues, but the Controller Automation stuff will solve a majority of the problems. Some arcade boards emulate a keyboard, and in which case you can't assign Controller Automation buttons to that, but only a small few do this if I recall properly. Set your hold button in Controller Automation, then set the other buttons like exist. Press the hold button then the exit button.
Nastyboob
Thanks SentaiBrad! I did as you suggested and put one of my arcade buttons as "hold" in controller automation. Then I selected another button as "exit". Works perfect! Thank you! Edited June 10, 2017 by Nastyboob
