changing "button 2" to "button 3" in windows controllers settings?

hey, as title says i'm wondering if there is any possible way to switch button inputs from button 2 --> 3 or anything similiar?

Since "A" on my controllers have different "buttons" assigned to them and you can't configure multiple controllers in bigbox i thought perhaps you could change the buttons input alltogether?
