startover Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 Haven't been able to login since I purchased a license 22 hours ago. I am able to login via web browser but not from LaunchBox. I've seen two posts regarding this issue but no feedback yet (Bitbucket). I have also checked my firewall, disabled any anti-virus programs, tried adding firewall exceptions for LB and BB but that didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. neil9000 Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 Actually the shot in the op, is a old feature that nobody ever really used, and was therefore left behind. It has no impact on the actual metadata and image scraping within launchbox, that still works just fine. All that part was, was a way to show off your library on the website, but as i said was very rarely used by users so time and effort was moved to other parts of the program that users actually wanted to use.
