Game music vs. Video audio

I'm having an issue where, in a game list, sometimes it will play the game soundtrack music AND the audio from the video.  Sometimes, it will only play the music.  (I only want the music).  I have 
"Prioritize Soundtrack Music over Video Audio" selected, and "Auto-play music in games list".  I believe this is a bug, but I wanted to make sure I'm not doing something wrong with the settings.

No, I never did.  It's been reported by others in the beta forum, but it's not being addressed.  We should probably create a bitbucket item and get others to vote for it.

If it's happening in the Nostolgia theme, I just read it's a theme issue and they're working on a fix.  I think it's happened to me in other themes but I can't remember which right now.
