Launchbox importing non owned roms ?

So I have around 500 of my favourite Mame roms from set 0.165. I select import Mame, point to folder and launch box acknowledges them fine however when it starts downloading artwork etc. It goes nuts and pulls down hundreds more that are not there ?

any help appreciated

p.s. All I want is a tab containing all roms with no other headings.
