i have some issue with nintendo and xbox controller please help?

hi i dont know if this is the right section to ask but i have some troubles with xbox controller sometimes when i play super mario bros with xbox one controller sometimes when i pres A to jump it reacts a

second later how can i make it so it reacts instantly to the pres i do? i dont have that issue with pc games only emulators?

i tryed snes9x and higan both emulators i have that when i pres A to jump it reacts a second later sometimes i dont have that with pc games or some other older games

maybe not a whole second but a few miliseconds its an annoying bug you wanna jump over a monster and it starts abit later

for some reason its fixed im using the jnes emulator that one seems to be fine.
