More than 2 buttons as trigger key for joystick automation

Currently converting a China pandora box cabinet into a launchbox setup.

unfortunately thing doesn't have enough buttons to properly hotkey a quit button.

Tools->Options->input->gamepad/joystick-> buttons or automation

is it possible to enable more than 1 button as trigger key?

e.g.
to quit you can now hold button1+button2   then press button3 to quit

instead of hold button1 press button3

That is how it already works, just set a hold button to hold down then add the other ones to any button you like.

Edit: 

Sorry I misread that, you want to hold 2 buttons then press a third? That is unfortunately not a feature that is available.
