DoctorDungus Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Hey guys, I'm new to Launchbox, but I have fixed most problems I've had so far, like slow BigBox loading, and realizing that the EmuMovies server is down (the same weekend I buy the thing, ouch.) But I haven't been able to discover why I can't connect to steam. I input my steam URL correctly, but I'm stuck at "Please wait while parsing your Steam account..." It has been this way for 30 minutes, so I'm assuming it's not just taking a while. Is there something going on with Steam right now? Am I missing something? Thanks for any help, guys. Quote
neil9000 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Are you on 7.16? if so there is a issue with the API key in that, you can update to the current beta and that will fix it for you. Of course the fix will be included in the next official release, but there is no ETA on that i'm afraid. Quote

neil9000 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Just go to tools/options/updates and check the box for betas, there is also a box there for background downloads that's up to you I have it off. Then just restart launchbox, if you left background downloads on just wait and you will be prompted once its downloaded, if you unchecked it will you will be prompted as soon as you open launchbox.
