Conflicted Copy

I notice that I currently have 2 Launchbox and 2 BigBox .exe each in my lunchbox folder, with one launchbox and one BigBox saying " LaunchBox (Jason Carr's conflicted copy 2017-10-04)". Any idea why this is happening, should I delete them?

Yeah safe to delete, they are very old and is a log from Jasons dropbox that snuck into a release.
