Optimize windows 10?

Hello, Are there any settings I can adjust to optimize windows 10 for bigbox? This computer will be in a dedicated arcade cab and used for nothing else. It is a older computer, Dell optiplex 745, with a 500 gig sata, 4 gigs of ram and windows 10 pro.

You can go through all the services and disable anything you don't need. The link below has a chart for all the stuff you can tweak and recommended settings for performance.

You can remove all the unnecessary apps you don't want (with a couple of exceptions that simply won't allow their removal).
