I recently had an issue that the default ROM for an Arcade game (punisher) was not the "main" game but one of its clones that did not work properly. The issue that Mame games do not "combine" under the main ROM is another bag of cats, and I have an open bug for it (https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/4066/mame-import-does-not-combine-clone-games). But in order to sort the current issue, I had to exit BigBox to the desktop mode and change the main ROM to be the Default App. It would be better if it was possible to change it in BigBox. I don't think it is possible now, and would like to see this feature.
