need help for Retroarch PC-FX

every time i start a game i just view it as a black screen, not even a sound

Most likely a bad disk image.

don't think so as it happened with all the games iv'e downloaded

The 2 most likely causes are bad disk images and bad bios, bad bios usually results it RA not loading at all and there are a lot of bad disk images floating around out there.

can you direct me where to download pc-fx bios ?

Unfortunately I cannot give you links but they are a part of the Mame Software List ROMS (machines-bios-devices) pack.

where to install them after i get them ?

They go in the \system folder of your Retroarch install folder.

Also the need to be named

pcfx.bios

you mean rename the folder ?

The bios file itself, it will most likely be in a zip file which you will want to extract and if the file inside is not named correctly for RA you will have to rename it.

and one more thing, even though i scanned the games ROMs they don't appear under their consoles icon and the icons themselves doesn't appear
