itsalltoomuch
Hi, I've got all emulators working fine, but while I can run Sega Saturn games, Launchbox shows not only the iso or cue but also all the wav files in the list, so I can't tell which is the actual game except by working my way through clicking everything under that title. I'm using yabause as the default emulator and when I finally sort out, by trying all the files under that title, the game runs ok through Launchbox Surely there's a way just to show only the iso or cue on the Launchbox display and ignore the wavs and I just can't see it? Here's an example for Panzer Dragoon Saga, it's actuall the third one along that runs the game, the one with the image is just a wav file. Lordmonkus
It looks like you imported all your files instead of just the cue file.
itsalltoomuch
Thanks, it's just that I haven't had this problem with Playstation 2, N64, Gamecube, etc. I find Launchbox excellent and will soon upgrade to BigBox, but how do I 'just' import cue files? I tried 'consolidating' the roms to see if that fixed it, but no.
Lordmonkus
I'd start by removing all your Saturn games and then you can go to the folder where your Saturn games are in your file manager. In the search box type *.cue This will show all the cue files in that folder and any sub folders you may have like this. Then you can select all of them (Control + A) and just drag them into LB to start the import process.
itsalltoomuch
Thanks, I'm giving it a try now, I'll leave just the cue files in the 'Games' folder for the Sega Saturn, but where should I place all the bin and wav files so Launchbox will find them? Lordmonkus
Keep your bins, wav or iso files with the cue that belongs to them, Launchbox doesn't care where those files are. The cue needs to know where those other files are located or the cue won't work. For organizational reasons all my Saturn games are in their own folders, otherwise the Saturn folder would become a total nightmare.
itsalltoomuch
Thanks for the tip (and the image showing the implementation), I'd dumped everything in the one 'Sega Saturn Games' folder, Doh!
