Retroarch: Can it unzip ONLY PSX games instead of other systems' Roms?

I don't have the space to unzip these PSX zips.  I know there is a checkbox to have Retroarch unzip on the fly, but if I select that it will also unzip ROMS that need to remain zipped.  Can I get some advice on having it just unzip particular systems?

Make a 2nd RA entry in Launchbox that points to the same install and have that one be your unzipping one.
