Any way to hide the start up loading screen?

So, every time I start up Launchbox, it takes awhile to load and there's this kind of annoying loading window that I can't even seem to minimize. Is there some way to permanently hide or minimize that box? I briefly looked through the settings and couldn't find anything. I thought I'd ask here.

In LaunchBox go to Tools, Options and untick the Show splash screen during load box.
