Stop Infinitely Repeating Game Art?

Hey yall
Pretty new here so I wasn't sure where to post this - but is there anyway to stop the box art/logo/icon etc. from repeating infinitely in Big Box mode? And by this I mean in a situation where i have a platform with only one or two games, the scrolling wheel creates like 50 million copies of the one game and just loops them.

It also does this with platforms. Is there any way to make the list finite?

No there currently isn't anyway to get around that.

Welp... guess I'll just add more games and platforms to make it look better.

I would also like this feature. Also for limited Platform Catogories it is essential. I want to go from start to finish and not repeat list.
