Unable to upload MP4 files when in zipped format

Hi all, So recently I've encountered an issue when uploading files that have been zipped. The following message appears, yet on both occasions the files have been either MP4 or Png.

I have only been able to upload them unzipped.

Any ideas why this is happening?

yeah because the file isn't seen as a mp4 because its not its a .zip archive with a mp4 inside so it is seen as a zip and not a video file
