Troubles with LEDBlinky

So LED Blinky was working fine last week, and I'm not sure if this is an issue with the latest update or something else thats occurred.

Basically, when I click a game in the games list, LEDBlinky will show the controls absolutely correctly.

However, when I launch the game, it does all the funky flashing to show it's loading, but then shows the Launchbox controls - it's as if LaunchBox isn't correctly sending the info to LEDBlinky any more and it still thinks it's running launchbox...

Anyone else had this?

Okay, so I realise this is a super quick follow up but I think I've noticed a link between what the issue is...

Just tested across a few systems and the following:
- If launching with RocketLauncher works fine (as expected, since RocketLauncher sending params)
- If launching an EXE directly then it seems to work fine (i.e. Mame)
- If launching a system that uses a launcher - e.g. Amiga which is using a UUID launcher - then I get two issues:
           1) The LED Blinky issue above
           2) I get no Exit fade and sometimes no startup fade

So I'm not wondering if this has something to do with the fact that the EXE that is being loaded doesnt match the exe that's actually 'running', so (and this is pure speculation at this stage), I guess that Launchbox is both sending the LEDBlinky cancel command and the exit fade command when the small dos loader is exiting, which is obviously way before it should be

Am I on the right lines? What can I do to fix this?!
