Controllers Not Showing Up In BigBox

I just bought BigBox because I'm trying to use my arcade sticks to control game selection. The controllers work and are detected in games and windows, but they are not detected in BigBox itself. I have the checkbox for all controllers checked but still nothing.

What stick is it? Is it actually seen as a controller or a keyboard under Windows?
