Scanlines/highscores

I am seriously thinking about buying Launchbox Premium, but need to know answers to the following questions.

 

1)  Does Launchbox save highscores, if not how can I get it to do this?  This is very important in retrogaming.

2)  How do I get scanlines and aspect ratio's etc to work in Launchbox?

Both of those things are handled by emulators, not Launchbox.
