Time for see changes in my games

hi, i have a question, if I add an alternative name in the database, what is the time to can search that game for the alternative name after aproval that alterantive name is already in the database

You will need to update your local metadata first, and Launchbox only checks for that once every 24 hours.

I tried with the wizard with the same result, why can I update my local metadata?

As i said, Launchbox only checks for a new metadata package once every 24 hours, if you have already updated it within the last 24 hours it will not look for the new data.
