Mouse scrolling issue

Using 9.11 beta 1

I was troubling shooting another issue and I went to the Launch Box options and to review anything that may correct my issue, and I closed the window and when my mouse curser touch a field that has the ability to be scrolled, it scrolls to the bottom rather quickly unable to select game .

I left the Launch Box application to see if it was a mouse program setting in windows 10 issue, that was not the problem I then restarted Launch Box and the issue reappeared.

Unable to use application.

Any help would be appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated.   

Im going to assume you have a controller connected, try turning off "use z-axis (triggers)" in the controller options.
