cannot operate program after updated

After i updated, the program pop up a paragraph, it show that: 'CRITICAL ERROR OCCURRED. Your system has produced unexpected results and LaunchBox cannot continue. Please report the issue on the LaunchBox forums and we will help you resolve the issue. Error code:.

Finally the program cannot operate, i want to know what happen and how to fix it, please reply, thanks.
