Big box Platform backgrounds missing

have looked for an answer to this but cant seem to find anyone that has the same issue. launchbox installed and working correctly , used the wizzard to import games and download all images/metadata everything seems fine except on the platform selection screen of big box the backgrounds are missing, for any theme. the platform wheel selector is there with all icons but the backgrounds are blank. attached screenshots of this issue, one from the colourful theme and another from the unified theme. have tried reinstalling and have been all through the menus but cant seem to find anything

Those themes are designed to display Platform videos there. You can get them from Tools/Download platform/playlist videos.
