Help me! Can't exit game from BigBox.

I'm new to the LaunchBox world but it seems great.

Problem:

I'm unable to exit a Windows game (SF V) when in BigBox mode. I have an Arcade1up and am using the joysticks and buttons with usb encoders. Exiting the game works fine with controller mapping when using LaunchBox, but not in BigBox.

Things I've tried:

I've tried with the same controller mappings in BigBox without any success. BigBox doesn't have an "exit game" mapping like LaunchBox, but instead has "exit" (which exits LaunchBox but not the game) and a "Close the active window" which I mapped to a button but it still will not exit the game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a couple of issues here, as you said the "Exit" exits Bigbox, this is correct, you want "close active window" or similar wording to exit from emulators. As for Street Fighter 5, thats a PC game and should be exited through the in game menus. That is if you value your save games for PC games, the exit that can be set in Launchbox/Bigbox just binds your combo of choice to "Escape" on a keyboard, so that will be unlikely to ever exit any native PC games.
