notchstang92
Dolphin, Stella and Snes9x are examples. I have the application file in the folder. I set the path to the folder and the file isn't showing up. Snes9x came in as a zip file. Stella and Dolphin just downloaded as the application file. MAME and Kega Fusion worked just fine. I don't understand the issue with some emulators and not others. Any one have any ideas? Searching on here didn't turn up anything. I got the emulators from the suggested sites in Launchbox except for Stella. Thanks.

You dont set the path to the folder, you need to add each emulator separately and point to there .exe's in the folder. So snes9x will need to be unzipped for a start, then go to tools/manage emulators add the emulator by navigating to its folder and selecting it's .exe. notchstang92
I did that. I had to manually install it. For some reason zipped or unzipped, Launchbox won't see the app file. If I do it manually it does though. Same thing happened with Dolphin. Launchbox wouldn't see the .exe files when I selected the Launchbox prestored emulators like snes9x, Dolphin, etc. Some emulators, like 4DO, cemu and nestopia loaded fine using the prestored Launchbox emulator name. I can't explain it, but the bottom line is that all the emulators are now loaded. Thanks for responding so quick.
