Arcade not launching

Hey guys, 

I purchased Big Box to go with my setup, and I'm having issues with Arcade games. When I say to launch them with Retroarch using the FB Neo core, it doesn't launch from LB or BB. 
 

If I manually open RA and tell it to launch with FB Neo it works fine with anything. I can't seem to get LB/BB to actually launch RA with the core for some reason, anyone know why?

Sounds like a platform naming issue, make sure the name of the platform you have your roms imported is matched up with the name in the associated platforms of the emulator you are using for them.
