Neo Geo roms aren't loading when i try to play them.

I'm using Retroarch and my core is Final Burn Alpha. My command line perimeter for Retroarch is called fbalpha2012_neogeo_libretro. The Neo Geo roms i have downloaded are successfully showing up in LaunchBox but whenever i try to play them, nothing happens. Am i doing anything wrong?

P.S: The roms are unzipped as well.
