The fullset importer does not scan your roms. If you do not have Akai Katana, then you dont have a fullset, or more likely you have a very old set. Launchbox does not actually scan your roms, it gets what games to import from the MAME metadata, so it adds all working games in the current version, which is 0.220. Quote
