dkankelfitz76 Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 I am very new at using Big Box and it's themes and so far I love what I have seen and the ease of use of this front end. That being said I am having issues with Sega Model 2 and 3 in the Unified Redux theme. When I click on these two on my wheel it goes to just a generic black screen with info about these systems and no video, images or music like the other platforms I have. Retro808 Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 In LaunchBox go to >Tools>Download Platform/Playlist Theme Videos. You can download a few options for those and other platforms you may need. You can also manually add your own. Place each video named after the platform in \Launchbox\Videos\Platforms folder.
