Deleting database entries not working

It seems that deleting whole database entries doesn't seem to be working at the moment. For example, I submitted this entry for deletion, as it's a duplicate of the North American release. The request was accepted, but the entry still stays. While moderating, I've also seen people trying to delete non-game entries multiple times, and even though those request were also accepted (according to the comments), nothing changed. I don't know if this affects individual images etc. as well.

SIgned in to report the same. Can't remember how it was before, but I vaguely remember that it didn't look like this before; here's my accepted removal request. The "updated value" leads to the game I was trying to remove.

I also noticed this issue time ago.

It's actually happening right now with these duplicated games:

As you can see, 2 games were not removed.

In some cases the game is removed after multiple tries, so keep trying :)
