It's not really needed for normal games but for rom hacks it helps to differentiate between everything. I've searched through the options a few times and did a quick search of the forums to see if anyone else asked it and didn't find anything. The only work around I could come up with is having the right-hand sidebar always visible. Is having the title always visible possible or am I remembering a thing that never existed? Do you mean for all games? The highlighted game title is always visible. For all the other games to have the title always showing there is a box on the bottom right of LB labeled "Text".
