Crash on launch / initialising - System.xml

Hi,

Just encountered the below :

 

 

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Xml, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

Recent Log:

   8:40:35 AM Exception

 

Launchbox previously running fine, did bios update and windows had a few moments booting back up but everything else works fine just not launchbox.

I have tried a new install and to another directory with no luck.

 

Tried direct x June 2010 reinstall and no fix.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
