Dear Launchbox-Team,

I got the licence for launchbox, which ended 10/2019. I replaced my notebook and tried to restore my licence via email or the opportunity from your website. Sadly, I get the message, that the licence is not valid or expired.

I understand, that I don't get any updates, but on your website, you claim that this licence is unlimited valid.

What can I do, to recover my licence?
