The only issue I have is I am unable to view the pre made playlist in big box (2 -player 4 player etc) only in normal launch box mode Is there a way to enable it? I posted this question but I can't seem to get any help yet. Bought the license and have everything set up good in launchbox but as soon as I go to big box and choose to see playlist in the list on the left hand side the screen shows the big box blue cube for a sec on the right and then just shows only a black screen with the date and time at top. If I hit directions or enter I'll hear a noise but nothing is showing up. I've already downloaded the videos, checked the folder and they're there and I've generated all of the playlists successfully. Can't figure out what setting I'm missing though, please help!
