Joshuaisarocker
This has been causing me a lot of trouble, and even after searching and looking at similar threads I can't figure this out. My first issue is that all of my roms are compressed in a 7z format. For this reason I'm unable to save Core Settings based on directory since my unzipped files are only temporary. When attempting to save a directory override, I'm left with a file titled Temp.cfg. Since all of my files are Zipped, this won't work for me. I've attempted using Launchbox Command Line parameters to load a copied Retroarch.cfg file with a custom overlay cfg specified in my Core_Options_Path but this also isn't working for me. Ideally I'd like to be able to load separate shaders for the same core as well. But at this point it seems like it would be easier just to unzip all of my roms to use directory overrides, or to use separate cores where possible and use Core Overrides. Any suggestions on this? Id just unzip all those games, you arent saving any space on roms that are that small in the first place. Then you can use the "content directory overrides" for settings and shaders.
