Launching AGA games in FS-UAE

I recently imported a batch of Amiga PD games of which a few of em are AGA. The others work fine but when I run the AGA ones I just get the emu GUI. Is there a script or command line I can use to launch theses games in AGA mode? TIA for any help :)
