ntrd007
When I use the 2nd screen in BigBox to show "Arcade - Marquee" on that screen, it all works perfect exept it does not show the "Console" that im looking at but only the game. I have watched the video from Unbroken Software, LLC on YouTube about big Box Digital Marquee Dual Screen Setup and he instantly got the consoles to show up on screen when in BigBox. So, My 2nd screen stays full black untill I go in the console and then it does show the game. How can I set this to see the Console on my second screen and not only the game im currently on? Thx in advance, Anthony

Thx for your reply, I do have the images but I do not know in which folder I need to place them. I have tried to put an image in Launchbox > Images > Platforms > 'console that I want' > Device, but this does not help. Also if i put the image with the correct name of console in the folder; Launchbox > Images > 'console that I want' > Arcade - Marquee (all my marquees are here) it does not show up in the BigBox
Retro808
Needs to be in the Banner folder. For example: Sega Genesis Folder path and image name would be: \Images\Platforms\Sega Genesis\Banner\Sega Genesis.jpg (or .png)

There was in fact already an image in this folder with the correct name. Then I tried to put the image in any other 'banner' folder i could find, but still only black screen untill I select a console and then it shows the marquee for the game im on. Retro808
Refresh the image cache in BigBox. Also make sure you name the image exaclt as your platform name is. They must match.

Marquees for games works so perfect on 2nd screen and its so nice, I think to have the consoles also showing up would be to much of the good stuff for me :(( sorry for wasting time on me, i'm just very unlucky and it will probably will never work for me as I did everything exact as you have told me. Thx so much
Retro808
It should work as long as the file is name right and in the correct folder. Even if a theme is not specifically coded for marquees, BigBox is by default. Maybe share some images. Since game images are working that's a good sign it is not something major wrong. Post an image of the inside of the banner folder of one of your consoles, make sure we can see the folder path and also in LB share an image of your platform name as it appears in LB. Thanks for still not giving up on me, I realy appreciate this a lot I have made some pictures and screenshots so hopefully you can help to see what has gone wrong for me. BigBox: Folder: Screen 1/Mainscreen on a console: Screen 2 on a console: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Screen 1/Mainscreen on a Game: Screen 2 a Game: (Im sorry for the bad pictures of TV/Screen 2 but this is just for testing purpose, I will build a screen in my selfmade arcadebuild) Hopefully someone will see what is the misstake I made so I can enjoy the view of the console on 2nd screen in BigBox. Side question: Is it possible to see something on screen 2 when in Launchbox? For me it always go back to basic wallpaper from Windows (extend screen) Thank you, fingers crossed, Anthony
Retro808
Nothing looks wrong. Is that theme Unified or Unified Redux? Also can you try a jpg file instead of a png? It should not matter, but interested to see what happens. In LB there is no secondary screen support.

The theme is ''Unified'' (not redux) It stays the same, black 2nd screen when trying a .jpg file (i have also refreshed the cache again) Its so strange that it works for everyone else but me because I do the exact same steps as everyone does and the marquee for the game works with no problem. Such shame Edited August 18, 2020 by ntrd007

But, I have changed so much to how I like it in the Unified theme that I really want to use this theme for me arcade ?
Retro808
In Unified theme did you edit any of the theme xaml files? If by change you edited either of the PlatformMarqueeView or GameMarqueeView xaml files can you post them so I can take a look.

I looked in the Themes folder just now, and I see a ''ThemeSettings.xml'' file which you refer to I think. I never changed anything except for moving arround and copying images in folders. If I put the theme on Unified and I press ''K'' for change views, then I do see the the console on my 2nd screen, just not for the view that I want as in the picture Screen 1/Mainscreen on a console

So far on my main cabinet all views in Unified show the platform marquee. I want to see what specific view you are having issues with. It only does not show up on second screen when I use this view as in the picture below. I do not know the name of the view, but its when my consoles are in a list on the left side. I can see the console on mainscreen but 2nd screen stays full black. When used the "wheel view" it works perfect on 2nd screen, and it also works for the other themes, but it dont work for this specific view on Unified theme View of my mainscreen when the second screen stays full black: Edited August 20, 2020 by ntrd007
