nate5532 Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 My bigbox has been working perfectly for quite some time. I actually played it on Saturday morning, but in the afternoon I started to receive an error on startup (see picture for details). I do not see an arcade.xml in my data folder. I also looked at my backup folders and extracted one from a few days ago and no arcade.xml was in that folder either. Nothing changed so I'm at a bit of a loss for why it suddenly became an issue. Jason Carr Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 Hi Nate, the Arcade.xml file is located under LaunchBox\Data\Platforms, and apparently it did get corrupted. Your best bet is probably to restore from a backup. You can restore using the Tools menu in LaunchBox, and you can pick from any of the backups in the LaunchBox\Backups folder.
