Does anybody have the Higan core for retroarch.

I would like to use the higan core for SNES but ofcourse it is gone due to the hack, I was wondering if somebody can be kind enough to upload it or point me to a place where I can download it?

Not exactly up to date but here's the one I have. Looks like it's from May looking at the date of the file.
