Splash screen

I've looked around launchbox options and trying to figure out how to remove this splash screen but I can't seem to find it. Anyway to remove it? The one that has a black bar that runs across the screen and the final burn logo. if it's under the retroarch settings please guide me where I can disable it . Thank you

Thats a Retroarch setting, it's nothing to do with Launchbox. Settings/On Screen Display/On Screen Notifications/Notification Visibility/ "Load Content" Startup Notification.
