Big Box is not happening

So I bought the Forever-Updates license for $75.00  I got the desktop launcher for LaunchBox and for Big Box but when I click on Big Box the message "Big Box Mode is available only in LaunchBox Premium." Why is Big Box not launching. What am I doing wrong?

You should receive a License.xml file by email. You need to place that file in the root of the LaunchBox directory while LaunchBox and Big Box are closed, then open either one and it should detect the license.
