Importing Sega Model 3 Games not seeing games/metadata after 11.9 on import?

Hello! I have looked everywhere for help on this but I think this might be a new problem to 11.9 build of Launchbox? Quick summary of my problem. I have two PCs, one is my arcade cab, the other is my day to day PC. I will usually just test stuff out on my day to day PC before I set it up in my cab. So I recently decided to get some Sega Model 3 Emulation working.

My day to day PC has LB 11.8 on it. My cab was updated to 11.9. When I imported my Sega Model 3 roms in 11.8 everything worked fine. The games were found and the metadata was scraped properly. When I try and do the exact same thing on my cab with 11.9 not only does it not figure out what games I'm trying to import. It doesn't even give the usual 'MAME' rom filter screen. It just skips straight to an empty list.

Any help if I'm screwing something up would be greatly appreciated!

Here are some screen caps for clarity in case my ramblings are unclear:

Thanks for responding Headrush.

Yeah I had tried not using the Mame metadata earlier and it would bring in the games with just their file names and not figure out the proper game data. I ended up doing that anyway last night and then just individually corrected each game after import. All good and sorted now. Just found it strange that things worked great in 11.8 on my regular PC but didn't work in 11.9. Cheers!
