Help PLEASE!!

Hey guys I’m in a bit of a problem and I’m really looking for Some help. Few months ago I downloaded to build from Arcade punks that was for terabytes that ran off a lunchbox I registered it with my name and everything‘s been working fine up until yesterday. I went to launch the EXE and nothing happened I went to lunch both of them and nothings happening is there anything that I can do to fix this because I really don’t wanna download this for terabyte build again because I’ve added so much to it. I can open the games individually and run them off them emulators that they attach to but it won’t open big box or lunchbox any help would be amazing

We also do not help with pre configured builds from purchased drives or downloaded from the internet.

i didnt purchase nothing, it was a rom set, i purchased big box premium. its just not opening and i just don't wanna lose anything

We're aware of the pre configured setup that is available on Arcade Punks and we do not provide support for it because we have no idea what they have done to it. I will leave this thread open in case someone has some input they can share in troubleshooting it.
