Are themes active after the certain emulator starts?

Like to know if themes are running while the game emulator runs??

 

Just want to know cause I'm chasing trying to run a vertical monitor and I'm not making progress. 

 

I see themes that show this and that image bit it's all the front menu system shown.

So is that the purpose of the them, runs prior to launching a game? Then your at the mercy of the game emulator from their on, on how the layout is?

 

So if a emulator has no vertical screen adjustment I can't run those games?

BigBox does not control what goes on within an emulator. So if the emulator does not support the vertical view adjustment you need BB cannot change it.

Wow.. OK thanks. Saves me from chasing something that don't exist. 

 

So no emulation screen inside a theme wrapper then.

Guess my cab is a Mame only cab then.
