Issue with platform/game views in big box

I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm just missing something but I keep having this issue in big box with the platform/game views I have set for unified ultrawide theme. When switching from platform view to game view and then back out to platform view it reverts the platform view to text list with details. I have tried checking remember separate view for each but it still reverts back to the text list with details view if I navigate back and forth between platform/games. When I first start big box the views for each are correctly set. I have tried other themes including the default and have the same issue. It's pretty annoying to keep having to switch views every time I back out of a games list. Is there any way to disable the platform view text list with details?

Cannot say I have ever seen this. Are you changing the view type in the global settings menu or using a button/key to change while in the platform view?

Keep in mind if you are on a current version of BB and change a view setting in the global menu the theme specific config will override it. As a couple version ago BB introduced theme specific configs. You should not see a new Theme Specific config menu item in the BB settings. That is where you would be best served to set a theme's specific view.

So after spending hours on this I figured out what the issue is.. I had one of the unused buttons on my 2 player arcade control deck in my cabinet set to change views. I ended up deleting the controller mapping for switch view and setting up a keyboard bind instead and it seems to be working fine now.
