Can't access the options menu in BigBox

I can navigate the menus in BigBox with up and down on the  keyboard, but enter and esc are not functioning so I can't access the options menu. The keys work fine in LaunchBox. Is there a way to reset the defaults or something of that nature?

You can delete the BigBoxSettings file in \\LaunchBox\Data\ to reset everything to default
