Can't Access Taskbar With Cursor?

Hello there. When I have Launchbox maximized, I can't hover my cursor down to access the taskbar. I can still use the keyboard's Windows button, but I'd prefer to use my mouse. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you.

Is this because you hide your taskbar?
