Noob Issues

Hello, I have just set up my first cabinet and I have a two issues that are stopping me from fully enjoying my arcade cabinet. I am looking for advice on the following two problems. 

1) I have downloaded the latest version of retroarch but it will not load any game ie N64 game in launch box. The game will download and show up on the menu screen but when I try to play it, it opens and closes. 

2. I have upgraded to Big Box and once I am in a game, I can not exit without pressing ctr alt del on my keyboard. This sucks as I have to keep my keyboard attached to my arcade cabinet. All the other controls work but I can not get out of a game when I want to finish it. 

Appreciate any help on these 2.

You need to specify the core you want to use in the associated platforms tab of the edit emulator screen (you need to do this for all systems if using retroarch if you dont want to use the generic defaults we pre-populate, in this case it is pre-populated with a core that is no longer in retroarch).

You need to set a controller combo in the controller mappings section of the Bigbox options for "close active window".
